  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  3. Return Label: You may be provided with a prepaid return shipping label (if applicable).

  4. Package and Ship: Securely package the product in its original packaging and include any original tags or documentation.

  5. Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Upon receiving your returned item and confirming its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

  • Refunds will be issued to your preferred payment method.

  • Exchanges will be sent to you once the return has been processed. We will cover the cost of its shipping.
